About us

Design Avant-garde Solutions

Meditor DAS is a Portuguese company that aimed at performing leading edge research and development in motion control for aerospace solutions. We are currently engaged in high tech dedicated products such as the SIM-IO for flight simulators and MATE (Magneto Automated Test Equipment) aircraft maintenance, as well as more affordable technologies for daily use in industrial applications.

SIMIO

SIMIO was designed to provide the data communications and was specially developed for Flight Simulation. Taking into account all specifications required to fulfill the JAR (Joint Aviation Requirements). Distributed network using CAN Bus – reliable standard protocol widely used in Automotive, Aerospace, Aviation and Military industries. Composed by several I/O modules to a Gateway (controller) which is linked to an HOST via Ethernet.

CLS-HD
DAS developed control loading systems for military and civil simulators, for fixed and rotary wing aircraft. We provide High specification control loading systems, from basic FSTD (Flight Simulation Training Devices) to high performance FSTD, fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft.

MATE
Magneto Test Bench is an innovative ATE (Automated Test Equipment) to test magneto ignition systems of aircraft reciprocating engines. It provides the flexibility to perform automatic tests according to the two different magneto ignition systems Service Manuals (Continental/Bendix or Slick/Champion).
